How do I provide referral?

• Communicate with a BlockTXM recruiter so they can guide you through the initial process.
• Login to the BlockTXM recruitment management app for referrals using the module.
• Communciate with the BlockTXM receruiter for any open positions. The recruiter will then create a lead using CRM.

Make sure to have at least an audio call with your BlockTXM recruiter to know more about the available programs. Also, note that rewards and bonuses are subject to change.
